Hair fall Aaj ke time ka ek bahot hi common problem hai. Aapne dekhe honge apne ass pass bahot sare young log jo ye problem face kar rahe hai. Or Kya pata aap bhi unme ye ek hai. To Doston aaj mai leke ayah hu 6 Main reasons of Hair fall & some tips jisse aap apne balon ka jhadna kam kar sakte hai.
01- Genetic / Heredity
Agar apke family history me hair loss ka problem raha hai. Fir chahe vo papa ho ya mummy apke baal jhadne ka chances bahot jyada hai or iske liye humara X sex hormone responsible hota hai. Ye is tarah ki women me XX chromosome hota hai or men me XY. To agar apke mom ke XX chromosome me ya to apke papa ke XY chromosome me se X me hair fall vala Gene present hai to 50% chances hai ki aap ke bhi hairfall ho jayenge. Ise hum permanently to cure nahi kar sakte lekin mai jo aapko agee tips dunga use aap jarur hair fall ko kam kar sakte hai.
02- Physical & Emotional Stress

To agar aap sufficient protein nahi khayenge to aap ki body us limited protein ko save kar lega baki jyada important kaam ke liye or aapke balon ko growth phase se rest phase me daal dega and finally it will lead to hair fall. 04- Hormonal Imbalance
Ladies generally Pregnancy ke baad bahot jyada hormonal changes face karti hai Or jo married women birth control ki tablets lati hai, kabhi kabhi inki wajah se unki body me hormonal changes ho jate hai joki ek bahot obvious sa reason ban jata hai hair fall ka. Ab Pregnancy ka to kuch nahi kar sakte lekin birth control karne ke or bhi bahot sare methods hote hai jo aap ya aapke partner use kar sakte hai. 05- Iron Deficiency
Humari Body me humare blood me jo red blood cell  hote hai yani Haemoglobin uska kaam hota hai humare body ke har  ek cell tak oxygen pahuchana for its growth & repair. & this include hairs too. Lekin jab humari body me Iron ki kami hoti hai use humari body ka haemoglobin level kam ho jata hai or humare body ke cells ko proper oxygen nahi milta. Jiski wajah se humare baal thin hone lagte hai or finally jhad jate hai. Isliye iron rich food khaiye Joki hai Apple. Kahawat suni hai na 1 Apple a day keep doctor away.
   
06- Over Styling
Dekhiye mai samaj sakta hu ki baal humare looks ke liye bahot important hote hai or inke sath experiment & Styling karke aap apne looks ko improve kar sakte ho. Lekin aapne vo kahavat to suni hi hogi ki kisi bhi cheez ki ati achi nahi. Or balon ke case me to dude.
